What should I do if I want to return an item because I am dissatisfied or unsure?

If you are not satisfied with a product or have doubts, you can return it within 30 days. Simply contact our customer service. Once the return is received, we will refund the purchase amount to your account within 5 days.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

At Maddie Fashion, we strive to process your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed on a weekday before 11:00 PM will be processed the same day. Since most products are shipped directly from our suppliers, delivery usually takes between 6 to 10 business days.

What are the shipping costs for my order?

At Maddie Fashion, we cover the shipping costs, so there are no additional fees for you.

What should I do if I accidentally entered the wrong shipping address?

It’s important to enter the correct shipping address. Since we process and ship orders quickly, there is a small window of time to correct a wrong address. If you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately.

Can I track the status of my order?

Yes, you can track the status of every shipment through our Track & Trace system. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a link to track the current location of your delivery. Please note that it may take some time for the tracking information to become available.
